5 Wallasey AC runners contested the Aintree Diabetes 10k at Croxteth Park. Elliot Foley ran well and achieved a personal best crossing the line in 00:42:36. Derek McArdle was not far behind and also achieved a p.b. returning 00:42:48. Jenny West won the L35 category. Several members also assisted in the organisation of the race.
