The club celebrated its Centenary Year in 2006, and the club marked this historic achievement by arranging a number of events during the year.
Earlston Library Display
Wallasey Athletic Club's centenary celebrations are underway, a display of photographs and memorabilia is on display at Earlston Library and was opened by the Mayor of Wirral Peter Johnson 11th September seen here with club president Ramsey Hewson. The display can be viewed until 23rd September.
Tunnel 10k Mass Run
A large group of club runners ran en masse in the Tunnel 10K which finished in New Brighton.

The Centenary Dinner was held on 16 September 2006 at St Albans Church Hall in Liscard, Wallasey.
