Men split into 2 divisions, ladies into a single division.
At the end of the 2013-2014 season the men's league was split into 2 even divisions with the top 2 in division 2 replacing the bottom 2 in division 1.
Prizes are awarded to the top 3 finishers in the top divisions and the top 2 in the second division.
Promotion and relegation are at the discretion of the committee.
Scores count in 13 of 18 races.
Score is based on number of people in the particular division.
E.g. 30 in division: 1st place gets 30 points, 2nd place 29 points etc.
