Olly Chadwick improved on his second place at last year's race to take victory at the Birkenhead Park 5. He was chased all the way by Ryan Greenwood and both runners crossed the line together and were given the same time (25:39) with Olly just edging Ryan. Our first lady was Olivia Bramwell who recorded 31:22 for a great third place. There were age category wins for Olly, Rich Webster and Tony Barbat. Lawrence and Eric Cowdray ran in the fun mile and although times weren't recorded Lawrence ran 6:17 and Eric 7:31. Great running by all.
