The Ogwen 15km was described as the perfect introduction to mountain running in Eryri and took in a stunning loop from Plas y Brenin high over Gallt yr Ogof and along the sweeping ridge of Cefn y Capel, before descending back into the heart of the Ogwen Valley. 700m of elevation was packed into 15km of rugged trails, including the 805m summit of Foel Goch. Olivia Bramwell made the trip and came away with an excellent second place covering the course in 01:56. After the race Olivia said "2nd lady & 8th overall ! Surprised I didn't break my ankle with the amount of slip & sliding I did on the descent!"
