Joe Boden travelled to Northern Ireland for the Armagh 5k. The race is considered to be one of the fastest 5k races in the world, runners had to have completed a 5k in under 16 minutes to qualify to run. Joe improved his time of 14:58 in 2024 by 7 seconds, great running.
