Wallasey AC 16 runners at the Mid Cheshire 5k returned in some some excellent times. Olly Chadwick crossed the line in 15:12 for 69th place, not far behind was Gabriel Pearse in 15:45. Club captain Rob Pearse said after the race "Absolutely brilliant showing tonight everyone. PB's galore, awesome to see so many running so well and more importantly enjoying it. Loved it."
