Louis Gorman competed at the Trafford AC Open Track Meeting in the third heat of the 3,000 metres. Louis was not given an official time but recorded 9:38 on his watch. Louis said after the race "Nice to get back on the track for a race tonight always good fun racing the track didn't expect much for a season opener and only my third 3000 so happy to come away with a PB in 9:38 hopefully plenty more to come this track season now with some speed training under the belt! Great to see the lads running well too!"
