The 2025 Tour of Merseyside started at the Rimrose Valley Park Half Marathon. The course comprised three laps around the Rimrose Valley Country Park and started and finished on the Chaffers running track in Gwenwyllin Road, Crosby and was run in hot conditions. Steve Cosgrove made a great start with eleventh place in 01:33:32. There was an age category win for Rab Whitworth.
