Mike Jones was our first runner home at the Port Sunlight 10k. Mike finished in 36:56 for seventh place. Michele Alty was our first lady completing the course in 46:12 for twelfth lady and an age category win. Rab Whitworth did the double running the 5k and an hour later the 10k.
