The Trimpell 20 mile road race started at Lancaster Castle, and passed through the historic City of Lancaster and the stunning Lancashire Lune Valley countryside and is ideal preparation for a spring marathon. With that in mind Mike Jones and Matt Gillbanks headed to Lancashire for the race and completed the course in 2:11 and 2:13 respectively, a great effort.
