Over 250 clubs were represented at the Mid Cheshire 5k meaning the field was stacked. Joe Boden had a great race crossing the line in 14:52 for 29th place. Ryan Greenwood took a break from his travels to finish in 15:50. Paulena Kremling set a club best time in the 5k with an excellent 17:40.
