Michelle Alty completed the AJ Bell Manchester 10k in 44:51 and said after the race "On cloud nine! Qualified to compete for England in Masters age group competitions - and met Sir Mo Farah. Tough race conditions in the midday heat with my wave starting at 11.30am. Had no idea how massive an event it was but will definitely be back! The happiest of days."
