Vicky McConnell and Kat Cowdray took part in the Delamere Trail 13 in Delamere Forest. The course was described as a mixture of large tracks and forest singletrack, pretty flat with very few undulations, that is apart from the sting in the tail as you climb Old Pale in the final miles. Vicky finished in 01:51 and Kat in 02:10.
