There were some fine performances from Wallasey AC athletes at the Mid Cheshire Summer 5k. Joe Boden set a personal best of 14:40 (12th), that's 4:43 miling, impressive running. Six of our runners finished under 17 minute and Mike Jones knocked nearly 30 seconds off his pb.
