Jess and Dave McKinlay travelled north to compete in the EnduranceLife Northumberland Coastal Marathon. The race took place along the Northumberland coastline that boasts some of the most dramatic coastal scenery in the UK and is best known for its sweeping sandy beaches, rolling dunes, high rocky cliffs, and isolated islands. Runners had to face 50mph headwinds and soft sand on the course. Dave finished in 05:13 and Jess in 05:45.
