The Salomon Trail Marathon Wales took place in the stunning trails and tracks of the world-renowned Coed y Brenin forest in the Snowdonia National Park. John Bassett took up the challenge of the mountainous route and showed great stamina to finish in 04:51:46 and said "Great day in Coed y Brenin for Salomon Trail Wales Marathon happy with time on a tough race".
