Joe Boden travelled to Northern Ireland for the Armagh 5k. Labelled as one of the fastest 5k races in the world, runners had to have completed a 5k in under 16 minutes to qualify to run. Joe was inspired by the competition as he set an excellent personal best of 15:19.
