The Betws Trail 10k started behind St Mary's Church in Betws-y-coed and climbed up into the Gwydyr Forest and completed a lap of Llyn Elsi, before finishing at the Waterloo Hotel. Jan McArd completed the hilly course in 01:01 for 90th place.
