The Nice - Villeneuve-Loubet race on the French Riviera started on the Promenade des Anglais ran along the coast and finished 20km later by Parc Marineland. Dave McAlister finished in 01:54 and said "Never run in conditions like this before! A proper monsoon and a delayed start. Totally awesome!"
