The John West Liverpool Spring 10k started in Hope Street, then ran down Princes' Avenue to Sefton Park. Karl Pickstock was first man home for the club in 21st place in 36:33 and Helen Anne Stansfield was first lady for the club in 41:53, Helen was fifth lady and first in her age category. Vicky Kehoe also won her age category retruning in 44:13.
