Wallasey AC ladies participated in the North West Road Relays held in Stanley Park, Blackpool. A lot of the runners went off the planned route, the team of Sallie Holt, Helen Anne Stansfield and Helen Symonds finished in eighth on the day and were fourth Merseyside club.
