The Glencoe Marathon links the great Glencoe with Glen Nevis. Taking in the Devil's Staircase, a gruelling 500 metre climb over the eastern edge of the truly fearsome Aonach Eagach Ridge, runners were rewarded at every turn with views of some of the most stunning and dramatic mountains in the Scottish Highlands. The race attracted Steve Armstrong who finished in 253rd place of the 459 runners completing the course, Steve's time was 5 hours 35 minutes.
