Wallasey AC had a one two at the Hoylake 10k as Phil Walton and Greg Jones went toe to toe in the battle for first place. Phil just edged Greg by 5 seconds with Phil returning in 34:12 and Greg 34:18. Not far behind them were Richard Webster 35:36 (5th) and Jez Fellick 36:02 (7th), great running.
