Runners came from all over the North West for the popular Christleton 5k and the fast flat course helped produce some fast times. A cramped start led to a couple of fallers but didn't prevent the winner clocking 13:59. Wallasey had 3 runners Tony Barbat, Dave McAlister and Rolf Westrum recording 17:33, 21:06 and 26:31 respectively.
