The Coniston Trail Marathon started and finished at Coniston Hall Landing Point, on the shores of Coniston Water , and took in a complete circuit of Coniston Water. The race took in the idyllic beauty spot of Tarn Hows, and the elevated Beacon Tarn, the whole course gave panoramic views of Lake Coniston and the surrounding peaks of the Old Man, Swirl How, Wetherlam and Dow Crags. 4 Wallasey AC runners ventured out for this one and the results are below.
