Karl Pickstock had a storming run at the Bupa Great Manchester Run 10k completing the course in 34:59, a sprint at the finish enabled Karl to dip under 35 minutes and achieve a personal best. He was accompanied by Tony Barbat who completed the course in 36:29. Karl was 80th and Tony 128th out of nearly 30,000 runners who took part.
