9 Wallasey A.C. athletes completed the Helsby Half Marathon, three out of the number achieving personal bests. First home was Colin Palmer with an excellent 01:23:52 for 105th place, next back was Claire Walton who finished a superb 6th lady. Mike Green was next with 01:28:50 and a personal best. Two ladies took big chunks off their previous best times, Sallie Holt 4 minutes off for 01:35:32 and Alison Engle 3 minutes off for 01:47:06. Well done to all runners.
