6 runners from Wallasey A.C. completed the Mersey Tunnel 10K. The runners had to contend with the uphill section of the tunnel which is over a mile in length but had a strong breeze behind them on the finishing section. Greg Jones ran extremely well to post 35:10 a personal best and was 9th on the day. Rachel Kenny also posted a personal best.
