Phil Cuthbert performed excellently to complete Ironman UK triathlon in Bolton in 13:11:47. The race consisted of a 2.4mile swim in the Rivington Reservoir, 112 mile bike around Chorley and 26.2 mile run through Horwich and Bolton. Phil completed the swim in 01:33:11, the bike in 06:52:31 and the marathon in 04:21:21 and finished in 659th place of the 1263 finishers.
