3 Wallasey Athletic Club athletes completed the Bala Lake Standard Distance triathlon comprising of 1500m swim in Lake Bala, 40km Bike and 10km run. Dave Walton was first home in an impressive time of 2 hours 20 minutes followed by his son Phil Walton in 2 hours 25 minutes with an excellent 10km run in 40:35minutes. Phil Cuthbert also had a brilliant performance knocking three minutes off his time from last year with an overall performance of 2 hours 31 minutes. Well done to one and all.
