13 Wallasey runners entered the Tunnel 10k, overcast conditions were welcomed after the heat of the previous day. The uphill tunnel section of one mile always takes its toll in the runners of this race. Mastering is first for Wallasey was Steve Wilkinson in 37:41 for 17th place.
