The Borders League relay event took place under sunny skies in Ffrith Park, Prestatyn, teams of 4 ran legs of a 1.1 mile course along the embankment. Wallasey AC were second in the Veteran Men's category with Chris Jones, Alan Kennedy, Rob Pearse and Paul Griffiths finishing in 24:13. After the races medals were presented in the Ffrith Astrobowl.
