Derek McArdle completed 100 consecutive appearances for the club on 11/01/2015 at a Border League race at Birkenhead Park. Derek's run started in February 2009 and he received a tankard from club captain Dave Walton to mark the occasion. Derek said "It was fantastic to see so many Wallasey AC members at the race today, including some who were not running but made the trip to support. Very humbling at the finish and a fantastic memory. Great to see Stan, the first member of the 100 club, put in an appearance."
