Liverpool Pembroke A.C. and Boundary Harriers fielded good sized packs when they visited Wallasey on Saturday.
Pembroke were the winners of the senior race over five miles. Wallasey were second, placing R. Johnson (2), A. Dickinson. (11), D. Dickinson (13), E. C. Foster (16), L. P. Milner (20). Boundary were third. Wallasey youths again won their fixture. They have now competed against all clubs in the Liverpool District and
maintained an undefeated record. They finished with a safe margin of 4 points over
Pembroke. Wallasey positions were: K. Ledward (2), E. Maddock (3), H. Foot (5), and D. Anderson (8).
The Christmas. handicap is being run this afternoon over a course of under five miles starting at 3.15 p.m.
