Ron Barlow, of Wallasey A.C., scored another easy win in the six-and-a-half miles Liverpool Cross-Country League race at Old Roan, Aintree, on Saturday.
His team-mate, Brian Woolford, was second, but their team could only finish second to Pembroke A. and C.C., who were 14 points clear in achieving a second consecutive success in the series.
