Junior members of Sefton Harriers entertained Wallasey Harriers and the Holt Secondary School in five miles road race at West Derby.
Owing to the small number of visitors no team placings were taken, the first six to arrive home being: I. Owen, Holt S.S. 1; F. Copeland, Sefton H. 2; D. Seddon, Wallasey H. 3; E. Morris, Sefton H. 4; W. Frank, Sefton H. 5; R. Buckley, Sefton H.
Two medals awarded for the best of the novices were won by F. Copeland and Davies, Holt S.S., who finished seventh.
