In the Senior Athletic events in the evening, Wallasey Athletic Club took first place in the two miles team race with 37 pts. Sefton A.C. were second with 23 points and Waterloo third with 22 points. Among the individual results were :-
80 yards; J. McCaffrey (Sefton Harriers) 8.3 secs. Long Jump; 1 J. McCaffrey, 20ft. Shot; 1 B. Glass (Wallasey G.S.) 44ft. 2 ins. First individual in two miles team race K. Mather (Wallasey A.C.) 8 mins. 30 secs.
