Wallasey Parks Committee decided to recommend to Council.
Wallasey Athletic Club be granted facilities at Wallacre Park Recreation Ground for provision of an athletic track, club to be responsible for work in connection with the formation of the track.
The annual rent is to be £6 and the scheme includes dressing-room accommodation.
