Chris Jones led the eleven runners from Wallasey A.C. home at the Mid Cheshire 5k in Kingsley, Chris finished in the great time of 16:31. Gabriel Pearse set a personal best with an excellent 18:26, Anna Kenny also set a pb with an impressive 20:42.
