Peel is a fishing village on the west of the Isle of Man and the Peel Hill Race started and finished near the quayside at the House of Manannan. With the exception of the first and last half mile the three mile course was on grass. There was one main climb on the route with a number of short sharp climbs as well. Bella Cuthbert finished in 24:54 for 69th place and first in her age category and Sue Reynolds also won her age cateogry with 25:17 and 71st place.
