The Delamere Forest Trail Half Marathon took place around the forest tracks and was pretty flat with very few undulations, that is apart from the sting in the tail as the runners climb Old Pale Hill in the final miles. Phil Cuthbert completed the course in 01:44:13 for 53rd place.
