Jack Poland had a strong run at the Port Sunlight 10k, Jack finished in 33:05 for third place. Matt Gillbanks won his age category and five runners doubled up in the 5k and 10k namely - Tim Plested, Ken Noble, Moira Gartland, Rachel Saunders and Hayley McNicholas.
