Joe Boden ran his second fastest 5k at the Mid Cheshire 5k crossing the line in 14:41 for 12th place. Jack Poland set a big personal best with 15:14 as did Ryan Greenwood with 15:27. Olly Chadwick also set a pb with 15:41.
