The Hawkshead Trail 10k started and finished at Hawkshead and took in panoramic views of Lake Windermere and the surrounding peaks of the Coniston Hills, the Langdales and some of the Lakeland fells. Conditions on the day were very wet and Caet and Isabella Cuthbert took part in the race with Isabella gaining bragging rights finishing in 01:14 compared to mum's 01:39.
