The Freedom 20 miler started and finished on Queensway Stadium Track in Wrexham and headed out to Wrexham Industrial Estate and was advertisied as flat and fast. Matt Gillbanks and Sallie Holt fared well with Matt winning his age group after running 02:13:13 for 26th place and Sallie was third in her age group and 11th lady in 02:31:37.
