Jan and Paul McArd ran the No Hay Pitera 12k Trail race in Longas, Northern Spain. Jan said "Most technically difficult run I've ever done so took it easy, enjoyed the sights and took pictures of cows! We were the only British runners taking part and I managed to complete the post race interview in French!".
