Nicci Champman headed into Wales for the Caernarfon 10k, finishing the race in 01:02. Nicci said "So this morning I flew the Wallasey flag in the Caernarfon 10k. My first race in a while but I thoroughly enjoyed it, lovely course. No medal for the finish, just a lovely slate coaster which will go well in the caravan".
