Steve Armstrong completed the 24k Coed Llandegla trail race in 2 hours 29 minutes. The race started and finished at the Coed Llandegla Visitor Centre in Denbighshire and consisted of well established trail running routes. The 24km race is 2 loops of the 12km course and had a total elevation of 780 metres. The race was run in sweltering conditions.
