17 runners from Wallasey competed in the rain in the Liverpool Half Marathon. Phil Walton had a great run crossing the line in 01:16:20 for 13th place. Personal bests were set by Peter Bird (01:20:17), Rob Pearse (01:24:36), Jamie Carragher (01:25:31), Tom Barbat (01:26:44), Mike Kelly (01:27:18). Mary Rees also set a personal best and won her age category in 01:40:04. Great running.
